Plastics

Plastics for material recycling
Cases and other elements of old electronic devices consist of plastics. Through the mechanical preparation process very pure fractions like ABS as well as certain plastic groups as polyolefins can be extracted. By melting (extrusion), new elements like case parts can be produced out of these plastics. Oil as a primary resource will be substituted entirely.

Plastics for energetic recycling
Certain plastics are not intended for reuse purposes because of their material features. In this case the high heating value of this substances made from oil is used and a substitute fuel can be produced. Inter alia, the cement industry applies this process to substitute oil as a fuel as well as heating stations that produce heat energy and electric energy through this special way of combustion. In all applications as a substitute fuel for energetic recycling energy can be saved because the exploitation of coal, oil and gas becomes unnecessary.
