Our services in the area of ElektroG at a glance:
We offer you coverage of the insolvency-proof guarantee required for your registration of B2C equipment through our collective manufacturer's guarantee system "ELECTROCYCLING GUARANTEE", which is approved by the stiftung ear.
In return for an annual participation fee, you will receive a confirmation of participation from Electrocycling with the relevant data for entry into the ear portal. To ensure the timely annual update of the guarantee, you will receive the relevant reminders from us in good time.
In this case, you must separately observe the applicable implementation of the European WEEE Directive for each country. There is no uniform or Europe-wide registration for manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment.
Each country has to be considered individually and requires different approaches. Our subsidiary "EARN Elektroaltgeräte Service GmbH" can offer the right solutions for you and it also has 20 years of experience in this field.
Comprehensive regulations in Europe apply not only to electrical and electronic equipment, but also to batteries.
The BattG implements the requirements of the European Battery Directive of 2006.
Regardless of whether batteries are sold separately, installed or enclosed, they may not be placed on the market without registration. For portable batteries, industrial batteries or vehicle batteries, individual take-back solutions or participation in a nationally recognised take-back system for batteries are required in each case.
