Municipalities

According to the ElektroG, municipalities are obliged to take back old electrical equipment from citizens and make it available to manufacturers.

Under certain circumstances, municipalities are also allowed to market (opt for) the taken-back equipment on their own responsibility.

We support municipalities with advice on the implementation of opting out, set up suitable containers and collect the filled containers punctually on the agreed dates.

Environmentally recycling, compliance with legal requirements and the removal of pollutants are a matter of course for us. In accordance with the ElektroG, we provide all data for reporting purposes and report them directly to the Stiftung ear after consultation with the respective municipality.
