This solution includes the following aspects:
- Contract between you (controller) and Electrocycling (processor) for the commissioned processing of personal data within the meaning of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Provision of lockable containers for the collection of your data media
- Collection/transport of the data media containers in monitored and locked vehicles
- Destruction of your data media and irretrievable deletion of the data by shredders and mills
- Written confirmation (destruction certificate) that the data media have been destroyed.
The processing of personal data is subject to the requirements of the European GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the "new" BDSG - Federal Data Protection Act of 30 June 2017.
Our data destruction is certified according to DIN 66399 (ISO/IEC 21964). Under the heading Certification you will find, among other things, the corresponding certificate and the possible security levels (particle sizes after shredding) for the destruction of data media.
